Mastering  This site is committed to helping people reverse insulin resistance permanently primarily through adopting a whole foods plant based diet.


Heartwise Ministries:  This is a great site dedicated to sharing the gospel through the ministry of health.


PlantPure Nation:  A wonderful site dedicated to the Whole Foods Plant Based diet. This site also has PlantPure meals available, kitchenware, books, and apparel.
